My Role in the Design Process:
Needs Assessment: Identified the need for a more structured and engaging onboarding process.
Learning Framework: Applied Gagné’s 9 Instructional Events to guide the flow and content of onboarding, ensuring each step supported knowledge retention and engagement.
Design & Development: Created slides and presentation elements in Canva, using images and video clips to visually represent each instructional event. This reinforced the onboarding process and made it more visually engaging.
Reflection on Tools: Gained hands-on experience with Canva, which helped me build confidence in visual design and presentation. This project was a learning opportunity to explore visual storytelling and improve my familiarity with Canva’s features.
